Job Description I'm hiring for a Microbiology Supervisor in Georgia! The Micro Supervisor is responsible for laboratory operations in the technical area(s) of the Hospitals and Clinics within the enterprise, which may include department, discipline and/or shift oversight. The Supervisor supervises the implementation of enterprise laboratory strategies and standards through close collaboration with site leaders and ensures peak laboratory operations by driving optimization of resources, financial performance, growth, safety, teammate engagement, and quality in achieving goals and objectives including planning, monitoring, and implementing laboratory operations in a cost effective, quality and service-oriented manner.
