Associate Director, Parent & Family Philanthropy

Focused on identifying, soliciting, and closing gifts of $50,000-$250,000 from current and past parents, families, and grandparents. Manages the Family Leadership Council (FLC), including meetings and communication, under the direction of the Director of Parent & Family Philanthropy. Coordinates with the Annual Fund staff for annual fund solicitations of current and past parents, families and grandparents.Identify, cultivate, solicit, secure and steward gifts of $50,000-$250,000 from current and past parents, families, and grandparents.Manage the Family Leadership Council (FLC) under the direction of the of the Director of Parent & Family Philanthropy, including bi-annual in-person meetings, virtual meetings, regular.Partner with Annual Fund on solicitations for annual fund support to current and past parents, families, and grandparents.Collaborate with the Director of Parent & Family Philanthropy and the Director of Family Engagement & the Denison Professional Network on the execution of the parent and family engagement and fundraising strategies.Support the overall goals, strategies, and campaigns of Institutional Advancement and Denison University.Performs other duties as assigned
