As a Youth Transport Driver, you'll play an important role in providing safe, compassionate transportation for youth in our residential programs - no two days are the same, and every day is meaningful. Pay & Benefits $18.00-$20.00 per hour starting pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Training and career development opportunities Supportive, mission-driven team environment What You'll Do Safely transport youth to and from appointments, activities, and home visits Provide supervision, care, and positive guidance during transport Serve as a positive role model Ensure all residents are accounted for and supervised at all times Conduct weekly vehicle safety inspections and report maintenance needs Support a therapeutic and respectful environment during all interactions Administer medication as trained and respond appropriately to medical needs or emergencies Why North Homes?
