You'll work closely with licensed nurses and care staff to administer medications, observe residents' conditions, document changes, and communicate with residents and families as needed. In This Role You Will: * Distribute medication and provides treatments, personal care and assists with activities of daily living for elderly residents * Order medications. Stores, distributes and documents all prescription and over the counter medication given to residents per protocols and as ordered by the physician * Communicate appropriate information to family members * Provide treatments, changes dressings, checks blood sugars, oxygen and vitals and other medical interventions according to physicians orders * Maintain all necessary documentation and charting in a timely and accurate manner * Assume the role of Care Partner (resident aide) as needed * Take direction from Supervisor, asks for help when needed, supports team members * Report changes in conditions or behaviors to nurses in a timely manner Shift Details: * 8-hour Shifts at both our Franklin and Keller Lake Campuses * We have a variety of work schedules available with reliable and consistent rotations Who You Are: * Have a passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established medication administration protocols accurately * Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and team members, and you demonstrate patience, empathy, and reliability in all interactions. * Take pride in supporting residents' well-being, maintaining high standards of safety, and contributing to a positive, collaborative care environment Clark Retirement is an equal opportunity employer.
