CRNA Locum TenensLocation: Grand Rapids, MIStart Date: December 2025 Duration: Till March 2026Schedule & Availability• 8- or 10-hour shifts (7A 3:30P or 7A-5:30P, Mon Fri)• Full-time coverage Dec 2025 March 2026 (due to 6 maternity leaves + 1 LOA)Position Highlights• Hospital-based; Level II trauma center• 20 ORs, 6 endo suites, 3 minor procedure rooms• surgical cases/day• Lodging/Rental travel coveredCase Mix• Ortho, GI, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, ENT, acute trauma, ortho trauma, robotics, and healthy peds• Must be comfortable with peds and all ages• Medical direction care team model• EMR: EpicRequirements• NBCRNA + BLS• Active MI or IMLCMust be COVID vaccinated• Local/drive-in candidates only • 60-day credentialing timeframe
