Senior Network/Infrastructure Administrator

About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain a critical on-prem and hybrid infrastructure environment supporting approximately 850 users. This role is ideal for a well-rounded infrastructure professional who enjoys hands-on work across identity, servers, and networking, and who thrives in a small, collaborative IT team.The position is primarily on-site at a Western Slope data center, with some flexibility after onboarding. Occasional travel to regional office locations is required for hardware work, projects, or emergency response.What You'll DoAdminister and support Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy, identity, and authentication servicesSupport and troubleshoot authentication protocols and Certificate Services (internal CA / PKI)Administer and troubleshoot Cisco route/switch networking in a production environment, including hardware refreshes and cutoversManage and support on-prem infrastructure, including servers, hypervisors, SANs, and supporting systemsTroubleshoot complex issues spanning servers, networking, and identity, owning incidents end-to-endMonitor infrastructure performance, availability, and security; implement improvements as neededPerform OS, firmware, and security patching across infrastructure platformsWork closely with system administrators, application teams, and vendors during investigations and remediationParticipate in audits, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure planning initiativesServe as a Senior technical resource and mentor to other team members when neededRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, LDAP, and authentication troubleshootingExperience with authentication protocols and Certificate Services / PKIProduction experience with Cisco routers and switchesProven background administering on-prem infrastructure environmentsStrong troubleshooting skills across servers, networking, and identity systemsAbility to work independently, make decisions with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams5+ years of infrastructure or network administration experience in multi-site environmentsValid driver's license and ability to travel locally as neededNice to HaveAzure / hybrid identity experience (Entra ID)VMware / vCenter and virtualization technologiesMeraki networking, Wi-Fi, and access pointsBackup and replication solutionsExperience in regulated or high-availability environmentsIdeal Candidate ProfileThis role is best suited for a "jack-of-all-trades" infrastructure professional-someone with solid, hands-on experience across many infrastructure disciplines rather than deep specialization in only one area.
