This full-time position plays a central role in managing city operations. As the Clerk /Treasurer you would be responsible for city daily functions, including city finance, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, utility billing, payroll, banking and grant writing support and customer service. You would also serve as the clerk to the City Council, provide procedural and ensure compliance with state statutes, administer city ordinances and prepare agenda's, recording and maintaining official minutes. You would also serve as Planning and Zoning administrator, EDA administrator and assist with municipal elections.
