Plant Manager

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team. As a Plant Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting production, supply chain, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Plant ManagerLocation: Goshen, NYPay Range: $72-$85Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pmWhat's the Job? Oversee all plant operations including production, shipping, inventory, and maintenance Lead and develop the Production and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational excellence Ensure products are manufactured and delivered on time and within budget Manage facility operations including equipment, building, and grounds maintenance Drive continuous improvement across planning, manufacturing, and delivery processes Participate in a structured 3 year leadership development program designed to train an internal hire to become the future Plant Manager What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field preferred At least 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production environments Experience in regulated industries such as chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, or oil and gas preferred Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance Experience with ERP systems and project management skills What's in it for me?
