Longevity pay after 3 years. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or equivalent and 2.5 work experience as a direct care provider for children/youth serving agency; Baccalaureate degree in social work, sociology, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field preferred • Must obtain proper certifications within first 6 months of employment and maintain those certifications • Valid Drivers' License • Hepatitis B Vaccine Eligible • Pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical exam required Elkhart County Human Resources 117 N.
