Maintenance Line I - Seasonal Summer Help

Greencroft Goshen is hiring a Maintenance Line I - Seasonal Summer Help to help keep our campus buildings and apartments in great condition. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with tools, fixing things, and staying active. What You'll Do Complete general maintenance repairs and work orders Assist with apartment turnovers and renovations (demo, drywall, trim, carpentry) Help residents with move-ins and move-outs Assist with event set-up and tear-down Transport supplies across campus using golf carts Support other maintenance projects as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Basic carpentry and repair skills Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems helpful Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 80 lbs occasionally Reliable and able to work independently Why Work at Greencroft Stable, full-time position Variety in your day - no two days are the same Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to support a community that serves seniors Apply today to join a team that helps keep our campus safe and running smoothly.
