DC Systems Technology TechnicianLocation: On Site at Goodyear, AZLength: 6+ months - Possibility of Contract to HirePay Rate: $23/hr - $31/hr (W2)There are two shifts:Sun thru Wed 5am to 3pm local timeThurs thru Sat 5am to 5pm local time Position Summary:Support Business and Technology-led initiatives for maintaining and supporting the Technology footprint within the DC.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for maintaining and supporting Application/Hardware owned by the DC Systems team. This includes but is not limited to MAWM (WMS), WES, MHE and WCSReview/Assign/Resolve support ticketsBe available for on-call rotation/supportBe the initial point of contact for questions about product from the business and operations teamsHelp manage a backlog of initiatives and tasksContribute to story writing (Product Managers own core responsibility)Approval of UATProvide input and assist with prioritizationDevelop the knowledge to provide an evaluation of technical feasibility of new system requirementsUnderstand process flows and contributes to the business and technical process flow mapsSupport configuration and deployment of product features andenhancements as neededCoordinate with vendors and AE teams for product upgrade, patching, configurations etc.Look for things to optimize to make the development process easier and help the team become more productiveHave the knowledge to provide basic Desktop and Network support for set-up and troubleshootingQualificationsTravel is required, including the potential for international travelAbility to negotiate, influence, and support project teamsHigh Degree of proficiency in MS office Suites/Google Workspace, Project management tools and methodologies, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and planning skillsStrong verbal and written communicationsDemonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a teamAbility to work with and influence peers, management, and leadershipAbility to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reportingAn understanding of Agile processes is a plusExperience working with Manhattan Active WMS is a plusApplicants should apply via The Mice Groups Inc. website () or through this careers site posting.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at The Mice Groups Inc.
