We are building a high-performance store and are seeking a General Manager who wants full operational ownership and clear accountability. This is a leadership role with defined expectations, measurable standards, and real earning upside. Compensation $900/week paid training (up to 6 weeks) $1,050/week base salary ($54,600 annually) Performance-based annual bonus typically ranging from $3,500 to $10,000, determined by a defined scorecard tied to: Labor percentage targets (based on net sales) Food cost targets (based on ideal food cost) Overall store performance metrics Expected total compensation for strong performers ranges from approximately $58,000 to $64,000 depending on results. What You Will Own Full operational responsibility for the store Weekly sales performance and local growth Labor execution aligned with sales volume Food cost management to ideal targets Hiring, coaching, and developing a disciplined team Enforcing operational standards consistently Maintaining leadership presence during peak business hours You are not managing shifts. You are responsible for outcomes. Performance Expectations Labor targets are met consistently. Food cost stays within defined parameters. Scheduling reflects business needs.
