At the Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance (VPMMA), we are a 100% volunteer-led organization dedicated to empowering military service members, veterans, and their spouses. As the Donor Relations Coordinator, you will be the "front line" of our growth, focusing on the individual and small-business supporters who make our mission possible. You will ensure every contributor feels a deep, personal connection to our work in transforming veteran careers. What You/'ll Do (Impact 3-5 Hours/Week) You will work within the Growth & Development Committee to cultivate a healthy pipeline of foundational supporters. Lead Generation & Prospect Research Proactively identify potential donor leads, focusing on community-minded individuals and small businesses with a history of supporting veterans. Initial Outreach & Cultivation Conduct personalized outreach to introduce VPMMA's mission and impact to "Alliance Heroes". Stewardship & Appreciation Ensure donors receive timely, personalized "Thank You" messages and impact updates to foster long-term loyalty and transparency. Activity Tracking Log all prospect research and outreach efforts in our CRM (Flowlu) to maintain a clear record of the development pipeline. Who You Are A Passionate Storyteller You can communicate the profound life shifts veterans face and how project management skills provide resilience. Organized & Diligent You are comfortable using digital tools to track relationships and ensure no donor is overlooked.
