Adecco is recruiting for a top tier manufacturing client in the SE Valley locally in Phoenix. This is an onsite role and is interviewing this week. This role encompasses full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities across accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, HR/benefits administration, and general office support.ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLEProcess daily AR invoicing and manage payment processing, including daily depositsConduct weekly AR aging reviews and manage customer collectionsPerform daily cash flow analysisProcess monthly customer statementsProvide backup support for packing slip processingACCOUNTS PAYABLEReview and process purchase orders and accounts payableManage credit card transactions and reconciliationExecute weekly check runs and produce weekly aging reportsGENERAL LEDGERPerform bank reconciliationsPrepare financial statements and manage month-end closingPAYROLLProcess weekly payroll and administer all payroll functionsHandle special check runs, new hire onboarding, and termination processingManage managerial assignments and configurations within InsperityHR & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATIONCoordinate annual benefits renewal and October open enrollmentProcess employee enrollments and terminations in health plansDevelop in-depth knowledge of health plans to support employee questionsProcess and enter health benefit invoicesPrepare new hire onboarding packets and enrollment documentationOFFICE SUPPORTProvide backup transportation for materials pickup and drop-offManage office supply, kitchen, and ULINE orderingProvide backup phone coverage as needed
