EHS Specialist

We are seeking an early to mid-level Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team at our Gibsonton facility. This role focuses on ensuring comprehensive EHS compliance, particularly with environmental regulations such as the Clean Air Act (CAA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and Clean Water Act (CWA). The ideal candidate will be proactive in upholding high standards of safety and environmental stewardship within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include managing environmental permits, preparing and submitting regulatory reports, developing and maintaining EHS procedures, and serving as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies. Additionally, the EHS Specialist will support occupational safety programs by conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, and promoting a zero-harm culture.
