Position Title: RN (General, Dialysis, Mental Health) Job Location: Georgetown, Oh Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 months Shifts: 9:00am-5:00pm Must Have: BLS (AHA) and Oh state license Responsibilities: • Patient Care: Monitoring patient health, administering medications, and providing treatments as prescribed. • Assessment: Conducting patient assessments, including vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status. • Documentation: Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all care provided. • Communication: Collaborating with healthcare team members, patients, and families to ensure effective care delivery. • Education: Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care practices. • Advocacy: Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their needs are met within the healthcare system. • Critical Thinking: Using critical thinking skills to assess situations and make informed decisions about patient care. • Safety: Ensuring patient safety through infection control measures, medication safety, and fall prevention. Education & Experience Requirements: • 1+ Years of Experience - Required • BLS Must be AHA - Required
