This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned paralegal to leverage their extensive knowledge of real estate law in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with all phases of real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, leases, title documents, and closing statements.Manage document review processes utilizing advanced document management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with clients, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and facilitate smooth transaction workflows.Perform due diligence by reviewing titles, surveys, environmental reports, and other relevant records; identify potential issues and recommend solutions.Maintain detailed records of case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date.Draft legal documents including contracts, affidavits and correspondence with precision; proofread all materials for accuracy.Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence efficiently.RequirementsProven paralegal experience in real estate law.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Demonstrated ability in legal drafting, proofreading, and document review processes.Qualia experience a plus.Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette.Strong administrative skills including filing systems, record keeping, clerical experience, and organizational abilities.
