Locum OBGYN needed near Gaylord, MI.Need is for 10 clinic shifts a month -M-F, 8 am - 5 pm (1 of the days may include surgeries)There will be an occasional night or call shifts24hr Call shifts are 7a-7a.Total Number of Beds: 6Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day:1-2Physicians in Practice: 2Onsite Lab: YesOnsite Ultrasound: YesNursing staff on the L&D floorWhat Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 46 patients total due in AugWhat Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 28%Percentage of Practice is GYN: 50%Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: 1-2Documentation System/EMR: MeditechTrauma Level/Designation: Level 2Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, etc.): ACLSRequired Obstetrics Procedures: Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.)
