Born in Italy, we are expanding across the U.S., bringing our signature aesthetic and in-store experience to key retail destinations.We are looking for a Lead / Key Holder to support store leadership and help drive the day-to-day success of our Roosevelt Field location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is ready to take the next step into leadership.The RoleAs a Lead / Key Holder, you will act as a trusted support to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers, helping lead the team on the floor and ensuring smooth store operations. You will take ownership during opening and closing shifts, support the team in delivering an elevated customer experience, and help maintain strong store standards.This is a hands-on role for someone who is both customer-focused and operationally strong.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a leader on the sales floor, delivering an elevated and on-brand customer experienceOpen and close the store, including cash handling and store securitySupport daily operations, including stock flow, replenishment, and visual standardsAssist with coaching and guiding Stylists to drive sales and performanceSupport the execution of store goals and KPIs (conversion, UPT, AUR)Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environmentStep in as manager on duty when leadership is not presentEnsure adherence to company policies and proceduresWhat We're Looking For1+ years of retail experience, with some leadership or key holder responsibility preferredStrong presence on the floor with the ability to lead by exampleReliable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership of shiftsPassion for fashion, retail, and customer experienceStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhy Join UsBe part of growing an international brand in the U.S.Opportunity to step into leadership and grow within the companyWork in a creative, fast-paced, and team-driven environmentGain hands-on experience in both sales and operations
