Job Description:
Our client, owner of several multi-family residential rental communities, is hiring a Property Manager to manage multiple property locations in Queens and in western Nassau County, Long Island (w/in approximately 10 miles west of the Queens / Nassau County border).Annual salary will approximate $85k to $92,500, plus company-paid car (lease payments), including car repairs, maintenance & insurance, plus company-paid expenses, gasoline, etc., plus a terrific benefits package including medical and dental coverage plans including a 401k matchThis work includes:Visit residential locations, perform and/or manage and/or facilitate: tenant relations, rent collection, lease enforcement, maximization of occupancy and retention rates, property budgets, marketing and advertising, buildings and grounds maintenance, community engagement initiatives, compliance with fair housing rental laws, etc.Manage and organize vendors performing maintenance and repairs to residential housing and building infrastructure, order supplies and materials, etc.Supervise staff onsite at the residential propertiesCommunicate with resident tenants, vendors, staff, etc.Required:4+ years of experience managing multi-family residential owned properties in Queens and Nassau County, Long Island, relevant to the responsibilities noted above.
