Youth Counselor - What You'll Do As a Youth Counselor, you'll work directly with residents (primarily males ages 10-15), helping create a safe, therapeutic and structured environment. You'll be a role model, support system, advocate, and trusted adult who helps guide youth toward healing and positive change.
