Reporting to the COO and serving on the Senior Leadership Team, this role owns culture architecture, leadership development, talent acquisition, and all HR operations. High-profile, member-facing environment where culture and people operations directly drive the guest and employee experience.What You'll OwnDefine and operationalize the club's culture framework into behavioral expectations, leadership standards, and performance systems.Design and implement a structured leadership development program "” coaching, accountability, feedback, and performance management tools for department heads and supervisors.Build and run a full-cycle recruiting process aligned to culture and capability, including a structured onboarding program that sets expectations from day one.Develop department-level training frameworks with defined roles, documented processes, and repeatable standards.Establish and manage performance evaluation systems tied to role expectations and organizational goals.Own all HR operations "” benefits, payroll coordination, employee records, compliance, and compensation review.Serve as the primary escalation point for employee relations and HR policy.Must-Haves8+ years of HR experience with demonstrated ability to build people programs and systems from scratch, not just manage existing ones.Background in hospitality, club, resort, or high-touch service environments.Proven experience developing leadership teams and implementing accountability frameworks.Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels, including pushing back on leadership when needed.Experience owning the full employee lifecycle "” recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.Nice to HaveExperience in a private membership or club management environment.Exposure to building or formalizing a culture framework or employer brand.Familiarity with HR compliance across multi-location or multi-facility operations.
