Assist individuals with orientation and adjustment upon admission to North Florida Evaluation & Treatment Center. Assist persons in the development of their own plans of growth and development i.e. utilizing the Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP). Provide individual support by listening and also sharing personal lived experiences when appropriate. Provide recovery education and support to individuals throughout their recovery and goal-oriented journeys. Actively identify and support linkages to community resources and trainings: educational, vocational, social, cultural, mutual self-help groups, etc., that supports the persons chosen goals and interests Maintain contact by phone and/or in person with individuals released to less restrictive environment like a civil hospital or community setting to provide intentional support services if or as needed.
