Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Second Shift HR Generalist in Fresno, CA area!Shift is Sunday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 1:00 AMResponsibilities:Manage all day-to-day people relations and develop partnerships across the businessMange new hire on boarding, induction and training to include 30/60/90 day reviews and full cycle LOA, FMLA, ADA and worker's compReport and work with HR Team on investigations according to State, Federal and Local lawsMaintain personnel records in both payroll and employee personnel filesOversee employee status changes and ensure the changes are reflected in payroll and benefits updatesRequirements:3-5 years experience overseeing an HR siteBilingual English/Spanish preferredProven knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulationsStrong computer skillsHighly organizedMust be detail orientedExcellent multitasking, time management and prioritizing skills
