Job Description Serve as the on-site construction leader for projects up to $50M Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial, multifamily, and school projects Oversee schedules, safety, quality control, and subcontractor coordination Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Superintendents and field staff Coordinate closely with Project Managers to ensure successful execution Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting Enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance Travel to active jobsites across Western MA and Connecticut as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
