Develops and implements a treatment plan to address presenting problems. Provide clinical supervision to interns and sign off on their clinical hours. Provides comprehensive mental health treatment. Determines the focus of the therapeutic relationship. Services might be delivered through telemedicine strategies. Conducts pre, mid-point and post evaluation to determine success of therapeutic relation. Develops treatment plans, in conjunction with the patient, to address goals identified during the evaluation process. Provides time limited outpatient, clinical intervention and therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Assures linkage to needed community resources through arrangement for case management services. Participates in crisis coverage, as scheduled, for the evaluation of psychiatric emergencies at risk of hospitalization. Services might be provided in various setting or by the use of telemedicine strategies. Participates in consultation coverage, as scheduled, for the evaluation of psychiatric concerns identified by the treatment team in the hospital setting. Interprets psychiatric treatment to client's family/guardian and helps to reduce fear and stigma obstructing acceptance of mental health care and continuation of treatment. Actively participates in agency Joint Commission and quality improvement activities. Severs as a mentor for newly hired staff. Supervises Master or Doctorate level interns/students Complies with record completion requirement 100% of the time. Adheres to FCC requirements for supporting operational documentation. Facilitates and participates in staff meetings and trainings Participates in revenue cycle strategies by securing registration to appropriate payer networks.Education: Preferred master's Degree in human service related field. Completion of CEU requirement as set by licensing board.Required Experience: 3 years, post degree completion, of field related experience required. Doctorate degree acceptable. Ability to conduct psychosocial evaluation of client, with special knowledge of recommended assessment strategies for life stages. Ability to conduct differential diagnosis to determine course of treatment. Clinical knowledge of Evidence Based and Trauma-Informed therapeutic interventions for the mentally ill and dually diagnosed individuals; throughout the age span. Ability to formulate treatment plans with achievable goals, objectives and treatment strategies.
