We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing group practice in Fredericksburg, Texas.Role OverviewSchedule: 2 days a week, Monday to FridayProvide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term unitsConduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patientsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations and assessmentsCollaborate with facility staff to enhance patient careDevelop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosisPrescribe and manage medicationsEnsure timely and accurate documentationRequirementsHold a valid full PMHNP licenseActive TX licenseActive DEA preferred but not requiredExperience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not requiredCompensationCompensation is fee for service (FFS).
