Ability to communicate with teachers, related service staff, and administration. Ability to work effectively in a team environment providing instructional and behavioral support to assigned student(s). Assist with the behavioral management system under the direction of the teacher. Knowledge of positive behavior and intervention strategies to motivate students. Candidate should be physically able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs and participate with physical management of students when necessary.
