Bilingual Executive Assistant

DescriptionLooking for a highly organized and bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a key part in supporting executive-level operations, communications, and coordination across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for the CISO and COO.• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and follow-up documentation.• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to provide onsite support during executive business trips.• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.• Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups and status updates.• Support cross-functional projects by organizing meetings, compiling updates, and maintaining project documentation.Communication & Language Support:• Translate documents and communications between Korean and English as needed.• Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, memos, and reports in both languages.• Facilitate clear and professional communication between executives and their teams.• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure alignment across departments.Onsite Presence & Office Culture:• Coordinate onsite logistics including meeting room setup, visitor management, and internal events.• Support team engagement activities and contribute to a positive, inclusive office environment.• Ensure executives are well-prepared and supported throughout their day.Skillsexecutive support, calendaring, KoreanTop Skills Detailsexecutive support,calendaring,KoreanAdditional Skills & QualificationsQualifications & Experience• Language Skills: Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written).• Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative or executive support experience• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom/Teams, and travel/expense management tools.Experience LevelIntermediate LevelJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fountain Valley, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $34.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
