Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience in medical aesthetics and a strong commitment to delivering superior patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical ServicesPerform cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, and other dermal fillersAdminister medical weight loss protocols and hormone replacement therapy, including pellet insertionProvide regenerative treatments such as PRP and stem cell therapiesConduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop customized treatment plansOrder and interpret appropriate diagnostic testingPatient Care & EducationDeliver professional consultations to assess patient goals and recommend appropriate treatmentsProvide preventive health guidance, including vitamin and supplement recommendationsExtend wellness education and lifestyle counseling to optimize patient outcomesMaintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA complianceAdministrative DutiesDocument all patient interactions accurately in the EMR systemCommunicate effectively with supervising physicians regarding patient careCollaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient experiencesDemonstrate proficiency in emergency response protocolsRequired QualificationsCurrent, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license2-3 years of experience performing cosmetic injections in a medical aesthetic settingCertification in cosmetic injectablesValid DEA and DPS licensesMaster's degree in Health Sciences or related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with bioidentical hormone therapy and pellet insertionBackground in medical weight loss program implementationKnowledge of regenerative medicine practicesCompensation & BenefitsCompensation StructureCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commission ($180k OTE)ScheduleFull-time, Monday through FridayNo weekend requirementsComprehensive Benefits PackageMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holidaysCompany stock bonus programTuition reimbursement for continuing educationEmployee discounts and complimentary services
