Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification required.Minimum 1 year of current experience within the last 3 years in a hospital outpatient setting.Demonstrated pelvic health experience. Must be fully independent in pelvic health clinical care without mentorship. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital outpatient clinic.Shift Name: Days.Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday 9-hour shifts, Friday 4-hour shift.
