Transform the everyday with us We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor for 1st shift. This position will be based at our new facility in Fort Worth, TX. You'll make an impact by: * Primary responsibilities include Receiving, Storage, Inventory management, Delivery to Manufacturing, and Shipping and will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production while leading a team of 10-20 team members. * Team's accurate and efficient receipt, storing, fulfillment and kitting, and delivering material to the assembly lines. * Handling team schedules and daily assignments. * Warehouse cycle counting, inventory discrepancy, root cause and resolution. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: * 2 or more years' experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.) * Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply-chain management are strongly desired, although a combination of educations (High School Diploma or GED) and directly related work experience will also be considered. * Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with various levels in organization. * Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentations skills. * Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
