Carrier Sales Coordinator - Fort Wayne, IN The Carrier Sales Coordinator tracks and manages assigned loads from pickup to delivery, communicating with carriers daily and keeping Account Managers informed with accurate documentation and ETAs. What You'll Do On a Typical Day * Proactively track assigned loads end-to-end, staying in close contact with dispatchers and drivers via phone, email, text, and other communication tools. * Update arrival and departure times as provided by carriers to keep internal teams and customers aligned. * Relay real-time load updates to Account Managers and ensure all load activity is documented accurately and consistently. * Request Proof of Delivery (POD) and invoices immediately upon delivery to support timely billing and paperwork collection. * Troubleshoot delays, service disruptions, and conflicts-using strong problem-solving and communication skills to drive solutions.
