If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love building a winning culture, and know how to make every guest feel like a regular, we want to hear from you.About the Role: Front of House ManagerAs the Front of House Manager for our Langhorne, PA location, you'll own the daily guest experience and all FOH operations. You'll set the tone for hospitality, lead shifts, and help grow a popular neighborhood restaurant known for great food and game-day energy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Develop: Hire, train, coach, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners. Run pre-shift meetings that energize the team.Guest Experience: Be on the floor during peak periods. Resolve issues quickly, build relationships with regulars, and ensure consistent, high-quality service.Operations: Manage scheduling, labor costs, and floor flow. Partner with the kitchen to ensure ticket times, food quality, and cleanliness standards are met.Financials: Handle cash procedures, POS reporting, comps/voids, and drive sales through suggestive selling and event/happy hour execution.Compliance: Maintain all PA liquor laws, food safety standards, and safety protocols.
