What We Offer: Opportunity to serve and support the community through meaningful work Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment Integration of cultural values and traditional healing practices Opportunities for professional growth and continued education More info about area: Duties:Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive services including: Clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations Individual, group, and family therapy Intervention and follow-up care Referrals to residential treatment programs Develop individualized treatment and aftercare plans Facilitate client case coordination and multidisciplinary care Maintain accurate, timely documentation using the AccuCare system Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to support client outcomes Lead and develop family programming for youth and families Respond to crisis situations using established safety protocols Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with NAADAC and applicable licensure codes Qualifications:Required Qualifications Current Wyoming licensure or equivalent in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAT/LPC (dual licensure), or Psychologist Knowledge of: DSM-5 and ICD-10 diagnostic criteria ASAM placement criteria Evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment models Co-occurring disorders and family therapy approaches 12-step philosophy and other therapeutic modalities Understanding of culturally responsive care, including Native American healing practices such as the Red Road Experience working with diverse populations, including youth and families Strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HIPAA and client confidentiality regulations Ability to provide services via telehealth Proficiency with computers and electronic health records Additional Requirements Valid driver's license with a good driving record No felony or DUI convictions within the past 3 years Ability to pass a background check First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Commitment to a recovery-oriented lifestyle (abstaining from alcohol and drug use while employed) Preference will be given to qualified Eastern Shoshone tribal members, then other qualified federally recognized Indian tribal members and then other qualified candidates. Applicants must submit a copy of Tribal Enrollment card or CIB for Indian Preference. Veterans who meet the minimum qualifications and provide documentation of an honorable discharge (DD214) from any branch of military service are entitled to receive preference points during the interview process. Any offer of employment is contingent upon a negative drug test, reference checks and background check.
