Dockhand at Destiny Water Adventures - No Experience Required

We are hiring Dockhands for the summer!Are you ready for an unforgettable summer job that combines working on the beach, having fun and making friends? Look no further! Destiny Water Adventures is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our family for a summer filled with fun, sun, and unforgettable memories.ResponsibilitiesInstruct on safety and operation of boats, jet skis and paddlecraft, ensuring understanding and safety.Perform thorough pre- and post-rental inspections and briefings on all rental equipment.Enforce safety regulations, assist with boarding, maintain cleanliness on property and dock area.Assist customers with completion of rental agreement and ensure customer has thorough understanding of equipment before departing dock.If 18 or older, guide customers on a jet ski tour throughout the local waterways. Including, aiding customers while out on the water.All other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsMust be available to work a full day shiftMust be 16 years old or older. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50lbs.Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.Demonstrates consistent reliability and punctuality in all responsibilities and commitments.Must be able to work full long days, up to 12 hours in the sun.Experience driving and docking watercraft and knowledge of local waterways preferred.No experience necessary!Pay is based on experience, plus daily cash tips!Extra compensation is available if fluent in Spanish.Ready to spend your summer on the water with a job in watersports at Destiny Water Adventures?
