Role Overview: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience while also leading and developing your team. You will be responsible for driving business performance and the financial health of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a positive guest experience and uphold the highest standards of service. Lead, influence, and develop your team to achieve organizational goals. Build effective relationships across various levels of the organization. Strategically drive growth and manage change initiatives successfully. Utilize your financial and marketing acumen to optimize restaurant operations. Motivate and engage your team through effective communication and support. Maintain accountability for performance and take ownership of results. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety regulations. Facilitate training and development for store managers on business procedures. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in the food service or hospitality industry. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven. A valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age are required.
