Contingent Upon Contract Award Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO Position Type: Full-Time Security Clearance: Must possess or be eligible to obtain a T1 background investigation. Position Overview CFDay is seeking a highly experienced Site Lead to oversee Mission Command (MC) digital training and simulation support operations at Fort Leonard Wood in support of the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) G3 Training Instruction Branch. The Site Lead will serve as the senior on-site leader responsible for managing digital instruction, simulation operations, Warfighting Function (WfF) integration, and higher command (HICON) coordination in support of Army training events. Key Responsibilities Serve as the on-site lead for all Mission Command digital and simulation support activities. Coordinate directly with Government oversight, Directors of Training (DOT), and senior leaders. Lead planning sessions and In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) for training events. Provide Mission Command Warfighting Function (WfF) expertise. Support OPORD development, MDMP execution, and Tactical Operations Center (TOC) facilitation. Supervise contractor personnel and ensure quality performance. Ensure operational readiness checks are conducted prior to events. Oversee database management and simulation system readiness. Maintain compliance with all security and access requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of leadership experience. Minimum 2 years of experience working with Army simulation systems. Minimum 2 years of experience serving in a Battalion (BN) or higher staff position. Demonstrated experience with: Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO) OPORD development and interpretation Graduate of one of the following (or equivalent): Captain's Career Course (CCC) Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC) Senior Leader Course (SLC) Battle Staff Course Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to brief senior military leadership. Ability to obtain and maintain Common Access Card (CAC) for installation & network access. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting MSCoE or Fort Leonard Wood training environments. Experience with CPCE, JBCP, MCASP, or similar Mission Command Systems. Experience serving as Observer/Controller (OC) during training exercises. Prior contractor Site Lead experience.
