ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR A nursing home is seeking a talented ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR to join their team. ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR Job Description: Takes inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc. Respond to all referrals in under 15 minutes Ability to clinically review all referrals Ensures responses to inquiries are handled properly, timely, and with appropriate follow-up. Accurately complete required information for pre-admission financial verification. Demonstrate a sense of urgency regarding census/premium mix enhancement and management. Ensures company processes are followed to ensure a timely clinical and financial approval process. Ensures consistent and effective process for coordination of admissions and bed management with appropriate departments and staff. ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR Requirements: LPN preferred but not required Admissions: MUST HAVE 1 year experience admissions in a SNF Knowledge of reimbursement programs from payer sources. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Salary Range: Competitive + benefits package Status: Full-Time An Equal Opportunity Employer
