Management Analyst Serves as a Management Analyst within the Resource Management Division - U.S. Army Medical Department Activity (MEDDAC) Fort Drum, NY. Salary: $74,678 to $97,087 per year Location: Fort Drum, NY This position is open to federal employees, career transition (CTAP, ICTAP, RPL) eligible federal employees, land and base management employees, veterans, and military spouses. Duties Collect performance data; prepare report, and narrative summaries for analysis briefings. Conduct manpower and organizational research to recommend staffing and structural improvements Retrieve and evaluate productivity data from automated systems to identify trends. Manage, update and monitor Unit Manning Document to support workforce planning. Requirements Conditions of employment include a suitability or fitness determination, immunization screening, mandatory seasonal Influenza vaccination, Tuberculosis testing, and up to 5% travel. To qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs and other organizations. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized experience includes performing evaluative and advisory work to support organizational programs; resource management functions such as collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to evaluate program effectiveness; recommending improvements/manpower requirements to leadership within a medical treatment facility. OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Health Care Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
