Work Dates Needed: 2/26 thru 5/29/2026 with possible extension Preferred Schedule: M-F 8-5p 5/days week or will accept 8-5pm 4/days Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted CO license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert required. Pay Rate Preferred: $75-78/hr
