This role is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, responsible for ensuring efficient procurement, accurate planning, and on-time delivery to customers.This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building processes, improving performance, and leading teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall strategy and execution of the organization's supply chain management functionManage and develop a team of planners and buyers, overseeing all purchasing activitiesOwn procurement, vendor relations, production planning, logistics, and distribution operationsDevelop, implement, and sustain a production planning system to ensure on-time, in-full deliveryOversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimizationManage short- and long-term forecast projections to support production and inventory goalsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cost savingsDevelop strong relationships with transportation and logistics partnersConduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure compliance with pricing contracts and agreementsPrepare reports and presentations to communicate supply chain insights to executive leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally to identify issues and implement effective solutionsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, ideally within operations, manufacturing, warehouse, or purchasing environmentsPrior experience leading or managing supply chain or purchasing teamsERP system experience strongly preferredStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsProven ability to drive cost savings, process improvements, and operational excellenceWhy This Role?High-visibility position with direct executive interactionOpportunity to lead and shape supply chain strategy and processesImpactful role influencing customer delivery, cost performance, and operational success
