As a Benefit Producer, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, managing renewals, and leveraging warm leads to expand a client base. Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including warm leads provided by the organization, cold calling, and leveraging tools such as Zywave and MyEdge. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on groups of 50-200 lives, primarily fully insured accounts. Quote and manage new business (40%) and renewal business (30%), with flexibility for high-performing candidates. Utilize software tools such as EPIC (training provided if needed), Zywave, and the organization's CRM to manage client accounts and workflows. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client service. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible solutions. Qualifications/Requirements Active Life and Health (L&H) licensure is required. Experience with health, medical, dental, and vision insurance accounts is preferred. Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those early in their careers who demonstrate strong potential and a willingness to learn. Strong prospecting and sales skills, with the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients. Familiarity with software tools such as EPIC, Zywave, and CRM systems is a plus but not required (training will be provided). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
