In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional heating and cooling solutions to our valued customers. If you are passionate about HVAC systems and enjoy hands-on work, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling issues for residential and commercial clients. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during service operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with industry tools and equipment. EPA certification for refrigerant handling is a plus.
