Key Responsibilities Participates in recruiting and evaluating Litigation Docket Specialists Develops and implements process improvement strategies for docketing functions Supervises and mentors Litigation Docket Specialists, ensuring quality service delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 5 years of people-management experience in a professional services environment Litigation experience required Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Litigation docketing software applications and their functionalities
