This role requires exceptional organization, strong written and verbal English skills, and the ability to operate with discretion, urgency, and follow‑through in a fast‑moving environment.This is not a specialist role. The ideal candidate is aquick learner , highly adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple disciplines while keeping the CEO organized, informed, and effective.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect daily support to the CEO across business, operational, and administrative mattersManage calendars, meetings, calls, travel, and priorities with minimal supervisionDraft, review, and manage professional communications (emails, texts, documents)Assist with sales, marketing, and operational coordination and follow‑upSupport basic accounting and financial tasks (spreadsheets, expense tracking, data organization)Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and internal documentsAssist with investor and shareholder communications, scheduling, and materialsTrack action items and ensure timely execution and follow‑throughAct as a trusted point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismRequired Skills & ExperienceExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and general office softwareSome accounting or financial exposure (not expert level)Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlinesStrong judgment, reliability, and follow‑throughComfortable with high expectations and direct communicationWillingness to be available outside normal business hoursHighly responsive and dependableFast learner with business curiosityCalm under pressure and solutions‑orientedComfortable operating in a CEO‑level environmentTakes ownership and anticipates needsProfessional, discreet, and matureCompensationCompetitive, based on experienceGrowth opportunity within a public‑company operating environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
