Recruit and schedule patients to ensure each student obtains equal opportunities to provide patient care as required by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Maintain positive relationships with community partners to ensure proper flow of patients into the dental clinic. Conduct outreach among local community service groups as necessary. Examples of Duties Job Functions:-Collect payment for services rendered; work with FDTC business office to manage clinic deposits; track all payments in dental management software.-Manage patient intake and check-out procedures.-Monitor all clinical paperwork and request printing and updates as necessary.-Maintain HIPAA compliance in all transactions.Typical Qualifications Minimum Requirements:A minimum of 3 years working in a medical or dental office setting. A working knowledge of HIPAA compliance policies.Preferred Requirements:Experience with Eaglesoft dental software. Experience with patient recruitment through community partnerships.
