Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Director Business Development! Bonus Incentive Program!Ideally, someone who is local to the Florence/South Carolina market and has experience working within the competitive market. Clinical background is preferred (RN, therapist, etc) but not required.Need a healthcare sales and/or business development leadership background. Experience leading a sales team in a healthcare environment is requiredNeeds experience with training, leading and developing sales people, working directly with physicians as referral sources, as well as being out in the field for ridealongs with the teamQualifications:DegreedClinical background is highly preferred.At least 1 year of extensive healthcare business development/sales background.MUST HAVE Healthcare sales and/or business development leadership background.Experience leading a sales team in a healthcare setting.MUST have led a sales team of at least 5+ with direct reports.Experience with training, leading and developing sales people.
