Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.Minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy preferred.Experience with patient documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred.
