About the CompanyWe are currently looking for an experienced Real Estate Closer with 10 or more years of experience to work in our Fleming Island Office.About the RoleStarting Hourly Rate: The pay rate is commensurate based on experience and qualifications.Other benefits: Health Insurance, 401k with matchingResponsibilitiesWork with Lenders to balance CDs and prepare loan packages for closing and fundingOrder payoffs, Estoppel Letters, surveys, and any other requirements to clear title.Review title commitments, HUD/ALTA Statements and other documents related to closing.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent is requiredRequired SkillsHighly OrganizedStrong software skills & MS Office proficiency is required.Knowledge of Title Insurance Industry requiredExperience with Qualia closing software a plusPreferred SkillsLooking for an experienced, enthusiastic, customer service and detail orientated person with strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills.Must know how to process a file from intake to closing.Establish a professional working rapport with our clients and any new relationships that are established.Pay range and compensation packageThe pay rate is commensurate based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
